: Any police officer may submit the information received in the course of his duties to the Chief District Officer and issue warrants, search warrants, warrants, etc. The chief district officer can issue a report for issuing a deadline notice and if there is no clear arrangement of any station or officer to issue such a warrant, seizure or deadline notice according to the prevailing law, the chief district officer can issue such a warrant, search warrant, seizure or other deadline notice issued by any station or court. If there is a legal arrangement, the police officer will give the report immediately to such station or court.
